The lake level has hit 550 and is still rising. The sun is shining and the creeks have quit running. The surface water temperature has hit 47 degrees. We come out of this better than most and the lake is still in excellent condition. We received no wind and the only time the rain was heavy was the afternoon just before it all went away. Blackburns has several customers out fishing now and I am going out in a few minutes. Last evening the rain quit, the sun came out and the guys headed for the lake and caught some fish. We never got completey rained out an got in several hours of fishing every day. I am glad they had the lake level as low as they did and we were able to take this rise without being higher than normal. We were very dry and a lot of the rain sunk in and did not run off.
