The pavilion and pool are the heart of Blackburn's Resort. All of our cabins are thoughtfully arranged to face the pool, which is surrounded by the playground and a variety of outdoor games. At the far end of the pool sits the spacious pavilion, offering the perfect shady spot to relax while keeping an eye on the kids as they splash in the pool or enjoy the playground. You can even challenge friends and family to a game of shuffleboard or ping pong under its cool cover.
For more than 50 years, this beloved spot has hosted countless family and group cookouts. Many of the grandmothers who now sit peacefully in the shade fondly recall their own childhood days playing here. They cherish the simple, carefree moments—exactly why they’ve brought their own children and grandchildren back to share in the joy.
The pavilion is equipped with plenty of picnic tables, making it ideal for accommodating large groups and creating new memories together.
