Scuba Steve with a pretty good one.Image title

The lake level is 541.9 and is stable.  They seem to be in a pattern of running one generator for three or four hours in the mornings. Surface water temperature is still about 46 degrees on the main lake and a few degrees lower in the shallow part of the creeks. It was cloudy with light winds yesterday with highs in the 40's and fishing was pretty good. The big fish I caught was on brush near the bottom in about 10-feet of water. Caught a bucket full of bass and crappie for the trophy pond. 1/8th ounce Bink's spoon, blue in color and grub worked the best. It was confortable out there compared to the day before. Fish started biting about 3:30 PM.

Nice fish Steve, bet didn’t catch this fish trolling around with shad. Got to know how to catch this kind of fish with proper artificial baits. Fishermen know when you fishing report they know they’re getting the real deal report, not one who covers the whole lake from a cell phone. We know it’s impossible to report this fishing report in one week, especially when not in town.
