Good fishing today. Caught limit of crappie, giant smallmouth bass and a nice catfish. All went in the pond. Level is 558.91 and dropping about 3-inches a day and the surface temperature is just above 80. Visibility is stained and brush piles are getting good. Lake is about 6-ft. higher than I would like it but is in good shape for fishing. I like a surge capacity in case of a big rain. Normal, what ever that is, is about 552 before they started messing with the numbers. Pool is open and we are on our winter rates here. $53/day for a one bedroom.
