They always catch fish
Doc and Truman Zinn and crew from Verona and Monette, Missouri caught some good ones yesterday. The Close boys better get on down here. The lake level is 548.68 and came up about 3-inches in the last 24-Hrs with no generation. It was very cool yesterday morning and these cold nights are not warming the water. Spring is just slow coming. Some bass as well as bluegill have moved in under the dock as have bluegill fry less than an inch long. They must have spawned this year. I have been catching a few bluegill on brush recently where there were none before. Bink has been catching fish both morning and night but it is not easy. Dragging umbrellas is working best for stripers except for when they come up.
