Fall Foliage Report For Norfork Lake, Mountain Home and The Ozark Mountains

I have just returned from a driving trip from Mountain Home, Arkansas to Central Iowa and Back and had a chance to view the fall foliage changes in person. There was some rain in Southern Missouri but not much. The entire trip showed very dry conditions. The fall harvest was more complete in Missouri but the crops look good and will require little drying which will cut costs to farmers. The fall foliage is more pronounced in Iowa as expected and decreased as you go south which was also expected. It looks like we are still on schedule for a late October Peak here in Northern Arkansas. Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental Is Your fall Foliage headquarters for Northern Arkansas and the Ozark Mountains. If you book a trip to Blackburns the end of October you cannot go wrong but may have to drive a little north or south for peak. You will be in a good central location. The hills and roadsides here in the Ozarks will be beautiful and we will help you with a road trip. 1-800-635-0526
