Scuba Steve with a nice one today released in Tom Kelly's Trophy Pond. Big fish in there. 
The lake level was 553.64 and was the same as it was at this time yesterday when Scuba Steve came in from fishing tonight. Things have changed. The surface water temperature was 47-degrees and it was windy. The clarity was gone and he could see his lure down about 1-foot. It was stained greenish brown. I do not know why things change but just report on what they are. I am too busy doing plumbing.The White River at Newport is 17.01 feet and dropping with 5-hours of generation which is just enough to keep up with river inflow and there is no effort to drop the area lakes and the spring rains are coming. It will be a surprise to nobody except the government officials who manage the lake levels. They will say it just rained too much when they flood us out. I will have Elon look into this. I thing A-I could replace the whole Corps of Engineers and Southwest Power. I will say on a positive note that the Corps of Engineers are doing a much better job of dropping the lake once it passes the top of the power pool recently but then Southwest Power shuts everything down when they turn over the control to them. Too much government. I refused to write an E-mail to tell five things I have done in the last week to justify my job so Debbie fired me but when I told her that I received no salary she allowed me to continue my job but I had to show up for work. That is going a little too far. I might demonstrate but she makes the signs. Things are looking good here at Blackburns. If you are in the area come by and check us out. We do not mind U-turns.
