One happy man that did not pay too much at Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental and him and his family loved the place. 
This man changed to Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental and saved $1000 on a weeks stay and a boat rental and liked it better than where he stayed before. He does not like duplexes with an undesireable neighbor and paying for his first boat stall. Not having a covered porch to get out of the weather was his biggest problem but that is not the case here at Blackburns. All have big covered porches. Do you want to pay too much? It was pet friendly also.
