Nice bass Bernie.
The lake level is 562.85 and has dropped a little over 2-inches in the last 24-hours. They are really dragging this out. Fishing is not the best but some nice ones are being caught everyday and the weather has been perfect. We have several good fishermen in now and they report having a good time. It is to cool a bit next week with a cold front moving through. Striper fishing is slow but bass, walleye, bluegill, flathead and crappie are coming in everyday but not a lot of them. The lake surface temerature is still 83 and the water is still stained and not clearing very fast. Bernie Dean caught a nice bass yesterday. Everyone seems to be having a good time. We like that. It is good to have so many repeat customers and nice people. The big pool is open and still warm.
