The lake level is 558.95 and has dropped 3-1/2 inches in the last 24-hours with both generators running continuously and two spillway gates open 1-ft. The surface temperature was 49 degrees when i went out yesterday.  It was a beautiful warm day with sunshine and light wind after the heavy fog burned off. I caught bass and crappie on the spoon in brush at 25-30 ft. deep and it was nice to be out there. It has cooled off a bit today with a chance of rain tonight and tomorrow but nice again this weekend. Fishing is pretty good for open water fish if you know where they are. Bink knows. I wish the size was bigger. Crappie are the best followed by bass for brush fish. I am not catching many pounding the bank. The water is still brown to the bridges and is not clearing very quickly but just stained a little green south of that. I am fishing the Robinson Point and Float Creek area on points and banks with access to deep water. Come on down.  We will not charge you too much and are open all year. Your first boat stall is free.
