The lake level is now 560 and has risen 4-inches in the last 24-hours with no generation. They just opened all of the spillway gates.  We will see what happens now.  We received about 3/4 of an inch of rain in the last 24-hours but no severe weather. The fish are biting pretty good. We caught walleye, bass, white bass, stripers, hybrids, crappie and catfish. Some crappie and catfish were very large but most of the others were small. I went fishing with Bink and caught stripers, hybrids, white bass and crappie but no picture fish. We had a good time and marked lots of big schools but they were not biting very well. We were catching big numbers but not big fish. Spoons are the bait of choice but catfish are biting well on jugs baited with shiners with the small moon, rising water and cloudy skies. We will see what happens today. A lot of fun is happening here at Blackburns resort and Boat Rental and we still have the best prices. Come on down and we will not charge you too much and are open all year. Lots of open spaces and close to everything with lots of wildlife.
