Caught fishing with Bink yesterday.
The lake level is 560.28 and dropping about 2-inches/24 hour period. The weather has cooled a bit and it is now very comfortable but cloudy. It looks like the storm that hit Texas hard will miss us and go to the Kansas City area with quite a bit of rain. We are very dry here. The boys that went out this morning caught a lot of fish and most of them are on main lake points. If you see fish coming up throw the 1/8th ounce Bink's spoon past them and hop it back. That is about the only thing that they will bite on now. I am still seeing no White bass. Bass and crappie are the best bite now. The lake is in excellent condition for fishing, boating and swimming. Come on down. We will not charge you too much.
