The lake level has hit 563 even and is still dropping about 2-1/2 inches in a 24-hour period. The creeks are stained a bit and the main lake is clear. Surface tempersture is 87 degrees and the weather has been hot and is to continue to be so for several days. We have been dry for several days. The lake is in excellent condition for swimming, boating and fishing. We are still in summertime. Come on down. We will not charge you too much. Blackburns has only two tiers of pricing: Summer and off-season. Others have at least three. We are on off-season before Memorial day and after Labor day. The big pool is open and sparkling. It sure was fun here last week. Full house and lots of good people. We like it here when people have fun and still be respectful of property and others. That is why we have so many repeat customers. Fishing is pretty good and getting better every day. Still no White Bass. i do not know where they are.
