Caught fishing with Bink's Guide Service on the jigging spoon.
The lake level is 573.71 and has risen 3-inches in the last 24-hours. We are just about where we were at the high again. They scrapped the idea of opening the gates on Norfork and started running Table Rock hard again to protect Branson and keep filling Bull Shoals. Newport is now at 17 feet. It does not really matter what the level is at Newport as long as Branson is in danger. Otherwise they go by the rules which need to be changed. I went from Cranfield to Robinson Point yesterday and the lake was in excellent condition with no debris. When I scuba dived the water was clear with the thermocline at about 20 feet and a lot of fish just above that just outside the buckbrush. The surface temperature is in the early 80's. Blackburns still has some openings and will not charge you too much.
