The lake level is 554.65 and has come up 1-inch in the last 24-hours with 1/2 inch of rain last evening and one generator running continuously. The lake in general is in excellent condition and the surface temperature is heading towards 60. A lot of fish were caught on Norfork lake yesterday. Bass, Crappie and catfish are the best bite now with some night stripers and early morning white bass fair. Every stall at my dock had fish last evening and lots of them too. That is a sign that the spawn is about to begin. Blugill, crappie, bass and catfish are everywhere but it helps that I feed them for the children.  Carp are back also as are turtles. I use chicken feed because it sinks and catfish food because it floats. Good combination.  It is spring for sure. I will check for mushrooms again a little later. It is to get to 80 later this week and the grass is growing like crazy and everything is blooming. Come on down. We will not charge you too much and your first boat stall is free.
