The new news is that they have started generating a little. I thought the on switch had rusted shut. The level is now 552.64 and has dropped 1-inch in the last 24-hours. It has been cold and windy but now it is just cold. The wind layed last evening finally. There are no leaves that are going to fall still on the trees. This weekend is susposed to be mostly sunny and warm with highs in the 60's. It was cool when I went out last evening but the fish were biting. I was bass fishing and they were hitting the grub just before dark near the bank on the wind blown creeks about 1/2 way in. Caught some good ones. Several keepers were caught and more throw backs.  I did not see any other boats out there. Look for white bass and hybrids in the middle of the creeks just outside brush piles early and then on the main lake between Mallard point and Cranfield Island later and on sunny days. Bass and a few walleye are with them. Whie you are doing that I will be bass, crappie and bluegill fishing with a few catfish and walleye thrown in on main lake brush in 25-ft. Finesse worms are also working for bass.
