The lake level is 554.55 and stable with no generation. The White River at Newport is 4+ feet and about ready to dry up. They could be generating all they want to now. This is a very good level for fishing, diving and boating and the lake is in excellent condition for all of the above. Perfect time for a visit and Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental will not charge you too much. All cabins have covered porches with no duplexes, trolling motors on pontoons are free, the big pool is in great condition and the level playground is just mowed for the children. Pets are welcome, and we will not charge you for a normal sized boat stall. Have the children bring their bikes as we are not huddled up on a hillside and the walk or drive to the dock is level. The money you save here could be used for a fishing trip with Bink's guide service. He is catching a lot of big fish. We have 11 pontoons for rent at all prices and sizes. Come on down.
