Wow. We just had the most comprehensive review from the Mike Hicks group from 1220 N.W. Golfview Drive, Grain Valley, Missouri 64029. 816-392-0333. We do not have or do anything right. Very rich people like them always know how to run a business better than the owners. From the time they drove in here until the tattered flag on the flag pole (not true) there was not anything positive. I am always suspicious of people that want to hurt others while gaining no benerfit to themselves. We have about 2,000 different groups stay here a year and have about two or three not happy. 85% of our business is repeat with many of them multiple times a year but I am sure we can do better. We wish the Hicks the best and hope they can find a place more suitable to their more expensive standards. All I saw them do is set on the porch and smoke cigarettes but they never complained about anything until they after they left. I am pretty sure we will make it without them. I alway like to review people that review me but do not initiate any hostile action but what is fair is fair. I love this place.
