The lake level is 564.19 and has dropped a little over 3-inches in the last 24-hours. Just a couple of more inches and it will be back where it was before the rain last week. The generation has been continuous. There has been a good early morning bite and evening bite for almost all speces. A lot of nice walleye are coming in as are crappie, bass and red meat fish. Spoons, grubs, soft plastics and top water baits are all working. Get out early, take the middle of the day off and fish until sundown. Take the children out on the boat swimming during the day and teach them to water-ski instead of dragging them around. Our big pool has been full all week with a continuous line to the slide. You can get a one bedroom cabin for only $75 with a free boat stall for your boat. You can save a minimum of $30/day here and have a big flat playground  and covered porches. Why pay more?
