They did not generate all night and the level at Newport is 10+ feet. We are still at 565.37 and it is dry here. This is ridiculous. I guess they are holding and hoping that a tropical storm does not come up from the gulf in Louisiana, turn right in Oklahoma and sweep across Arkansas. That has never happened before. Oh, maybe it has? If it does, they can then open the gates and flood everything downstream. They like that. At least it appears they do. They were able to keep the level up for the holiday. They kept it up all summer last year. Is that how they measure success? Call your representative.
