Lake level is stable at 553.5 and they just started generating this morning. White River at Newport is 12 feet so there is no excuse for not running more. Surface temperature is 55 in the creeks and cooler on the main lake. It is cloudy and dreary today will light rain. Several fish were caught yesterday and some good ones too. Lake in this area is turning from brown to green. Crappie are shallow over 25 ft. brush and some bass are on the bank. Bink picked up a nice flathead on the spoon. Spring is slow coming but is susposed to warm way up late this week. We are still on the rollercoaster but it is from 80-55 instead of 70-30 degrees. Dogwoods are blooming so the crappie will go to the bank soon and so will some of the larger bass.

Do you think the bass will be starting to spawn on this full moon at the end of the month ?

No. The stripers will simulate a spawn then though.
