The lake level is 555.23 and has dropped 1/2 inch in the last 24-hours with light generation. The surface water temperature is 80-degrees and dropping There is fog in the early mornings. I found no thermocline down to 36-feet where it was at 31-feet. It is gone in blackburns area. This is as early as I have seen this happen. The visibility is the same from top to 36-feet and is fair. Just right for spearfishing. Crappie, White bass, Walleye have all moved in on Main Lake point brush out on the point right at the drop off from 25-32 ffeet with the crappie and Bluegill being on top of the brush and the walleye on the sides near the bottom. Overall the lake is in good condition and at a good level for diving and Blackburns brush piles are at just the right level. We will show you where when you get here.
