Our deluxe two-bedroom units offer more space, additional beds, and extra small appliances compared to our standard two-bedroom units. With bedrooms located at opposite ends of the unit, you'll enjoy greater privacy. Each deluxe unit features a modern wall-mounted air conditioner in the living room and another in one bedroom. with a high BTU rating for superior cooling, along with electric wall heating to keep you comfortable in cooler weather. And yes, we are open all year!
Both deluxe cottages have spacious covered porches, and parking is available next to or in front of the unit. A separate boat trailer parking lot is also available for guests bringing their own boats.
The fully equipped kitchens include cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, a microwave, blender, crockpot, drip coffee maker, four-slice bagel toaster, refrigerator, and a full-sized electric range with an oven. Each unit features a large flat-screen TV with remote control, plus an additional TV in the larger bedroom. Ceiling fans are installed in both bedrooms for added comfort.
The deluxe units include a king bed in one bedroom, while the second bedroom offers a full, queen, and twin bed. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa. All bed and bath linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Bathrooms are equipped with showers.
Each cottage includes its own picnic table and Weber BBQ kettle. Guests also have access to a wide range of resort amenities, including a swimming pool, pavilion, ping pong table, frisbee golf, basketball court, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, frisbee golf, store, bait shop, and boat dock.
