Important Reservation & Cancellation Policy
You will be charged for the full number of days you reserve. For reservations made less than 60 days before your stay, the deposit must be paid in full by credit card at the time of booking. Reservations made for the following year are due by January 15th. Telephone reservations will be held for 10 days pending receipt of the deposit.
Deposit refunds are only issued if all cottages are rented and a 60-day notice is provided. Deposits are applied to your total bill at check-in. If a refund is issued, a $25 handling fee will be deducted.
Cancellations – If you fail to cancel and do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation for all reserved cabins and boats.
PET POLICY
We welcome pets and charge $15 per day or $90 per week. Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Pet sheets for furniture are available at check-in. Failure to declare pets upon arrival will result in double charges or possible eviction. Pets may not be left unattended in a cabin unless secured in a carrier or cage. Aggressive pets are not allowed. While we love pets, we understand that not everyone does—please be considerate of other guests.
