One Bedroom Cabins

Our cozy one-bedroom units are equipped with modern wall-mounted air conditioners and heaters with high BTU ratings for year-round comfort. Propane heat, along with electric heaters, keeps you warm during cooler months—yes, we are open all year! Each bedroom features a twin and a queen bed, with a sofa in the living room. Bed and bath linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The kitchens come fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, a blender, silverware, a microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, and either a propane or electric range with an oven. Each unit includes a flat-screen TV with expanded cable and remote control. Plus, all cabins have access to our high-speed 300 MG internet.

Every cottage has its own picnic table and Weber BBQ kettle. Guests can enjoy a wide range of on-site amenities, including a swimming pool, pavilion, basketball court, PlayStations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball and badminton courts, horseshoe pits, frisbee golf, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, and a boat dock.

All one-bedroom cottages are standalone units with covered porches—no duplexes. From your porch, you’ll have a clear view of the swimming pool, playgrounds, and pavilion. Parking is available next to or in front of the cottages, and a separate boat trailer parking lot is available for those bringing their own boats.

Rates are for the first 2 people. Any additional people or guests using any resort facilities are $7 per day or $40 per week.

PET POLICY
We welcome pets and charge $15 per day or $90 per week. Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Pet sheets for furniture are available at check-in. Failure to declare pets upon arrival will result in double charges or possible eviction. Pets may not be left unattended in a cabin unless secured in a carrier or cage. Aggressive pets are not allowed. While we love pets, we understand that not everyone does—please be considerate of other guests.
