Pontoon #8 at Blackburn’s Resort is a 24-foot Sun Chaser equipped with a 75HP motor, offering a smooth and enjoyable ride on Lake Norfork. This pontoon features a locator to help anglers find the best fishing spots and a large deck that provides plenty of space for relaxing, fishing, or cruising with family and friends. Whether you're casting a line or simply taking in the beautiful lake views, Pontoon #8 is ready for your next adventure!

Our private dock is nestled in a sheltered cove, offering excellent protection and creating a perfect spot for swimming, kayaking, and water play. The covered dock features lighting, charging outlets, a security system, and two fish-cleaning stations with water access. Located just over the hill from the resort, it’s about 1/3 of a mile down a nearly level road to reach our 18-stall dock, depending on the water level. You can typically launch your boat right next to the dock, but if not, there’s a convenient paved launch nearby—both options work great!
Bringing your own boat? Dock it safely at our well-lit dock, complete with a security system. Guests at Blackburn’s receive one free regular-sized boat stall per cabin rental (pontoon stalls and boats with towers may incur an additional charge, and extra stalls are subject to availability). Our dock offers a variety of stall sizes to accommodate both large and small boats—because one size doesn’t fit all! Please note that boat stalls are not available for one-night stays. Additional stalls can be rented for $20 per day or $85 per week.
