Scuba Steve was out there fishing in the afternoon and did not want to quit. He caught nice Bass and big Crappie intil it started to rain about 3-PM last evening with a lot of lighning so he came in. We received about 1.2 inches of fast rain and the creeks run for the first time in 4-5 months. It washed out all of the junk that had been held in the creeks the last 6-months. Nasty stuff is in the backs of the creeks and the creek water is brown. Some guides think this is good but it is not good. They only think about how much$ they can get by killing a lot of fish. Show a lot of dead fish and they think you will spend 600-650$ for a 5-hour fishing trip. Ask them if they guarentee a limit or you do not pay. They are bragging so much about many fish they can kill so they can clean out the lake and get money. Their prices have doubled in the lats 3-years.
