The lake level is 576.82 and has risen 1/2 inch in the last 24-hours with less than one generator running continuously. When they cut back they cut back. The White River at Newport is 20.79 feet and dropping and well within it's banks. Bull Shoals is still rising and very high. Table Rock is dropping with heavy discharge into Bull shoals and they have closed the spillway gates and cut way back at Beaver lake. The surface water temperature is right at 80-degrees on Norfork and the water is fairly clear. Some debris is floating from the shore again with the slowly rising water. There is a top water bite for Bass and Red meat fish most mornings and then spoon for them when they go down. Crappie are in cover and under docks. The lake overall is in pretty good condition.
