Fisherman Mike with some Nice Norfork lake Crappie here at Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental.

The lake level is 576.78 and is up 1-inch in the last 24-hours with less than one generator running and spillway gates all closed. The White River at Newport is 21.45 feet and dropping slowly and well within it's banks. Bull Shoals is still rising with huge amounts of generation and spillway gate water coming from Table Rock. Bull is now 2+ feet from going over spillway. Beaver lake is less than a foot from breaching. The surface water temperature on Norfork is 80 degrees and the water is clearing with the decreased discharge from the dam. Catfishing has really slowed with the full moon tomorrow but but Largemouth Bass fishing is good just outside the brush on the normal shoreline on a small spinner bait. Crappie are biting small Bink's Spoons off docks. They bite fast and then quit for several hours. Some Stripers are being caught in open water on shad with a 1/2 ounce spoon.  The lake overall is in good condition albeit high level. Blackburns Resort and Boat Rental is in good condition and the big swimming pool is not high. You can drive down to the dock and step right on but have to launch at Panther Bay.  We have a pretty good setup. A little more driving but not much walking. A free stall for your boat at our big dock comes with a cabin rental of two days or more. Blackburns continues to have the best place with the best price on both cabins and boat rentals in the Ozarks. Compare prices and give Debbie a call at 870-492-5115 for a reservation. You can save a lot of $ here. Loyalty is good until you get charged too much.
