Bink is still on thje Smallmouth Bass but the top-water bite has started. The lake level is 568.17 and had dropped 3-1/4 inches in the last 24-hours with one generator running continuously and spillway gates open to an equivalent of another 2-1/3rd generators. The water is clearing and the surface water temperature is 70-degrees and the top-water bite has started in earnest.
