New counter tops, cabinets and heater/air conditioners in all of these cabins along with mostly new beds and bedding and a lot of new furniture. Queen beds were added in 5&8.
Our cozy one bedroom units all have new wall unit air conditioners/heaters with high Btu ratings. Propane heat keeps you warm in cool weather along with the electric heaters. Yes, we are open all year!
Bedrooms have a twin bed and a full bed, with a sofa in the living room. Cabins #5 and #8 have a twin and a queen beds. All bed and bath linens are included. You'll need to bring your own beach towels.
Kitchens are furnished with cookware, utensils, dishes, blender, silverware, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, and propane or electric range and oven. Each unit has color cable Flat screened TV with remote controls and expanded cable. We have 300 MG internet servicing all cabins.
Each cottage has it's own picnic table and Weber BBQ kettle. You'll also have the use of our swimming pool, pavilion, basketball court, playstations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, and boat dock.
All one bedroom cottages have covered porches and are individual units with no duplexes. The swimming pool, playstations and playgrounds, and the pavilion are visible from the porches. There is parking for your vehicles next to or in front of the cottages. We also have a separate boat trailer parking lot if you bring your own boat.
Accommodates 2-4, rates are for first 2 people. Additional persons, or your guests using any resort facilities are all $7 per day, $40 per week. This includes guests that do not stay the night. Guests must check in at the office. Pets are $15/day or $90/week. There is a $3/day or $10/week charge to plug in an electric car.
