This roomy 2 bedroom one bath mobile home is one of our most popular units and a very good value!
One bedroom has one queen and one twin bed, the second bedroom has one full bed. The bathroom has a full shower tub. The kitchen has a new full size range with oven, new cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, air conditioner and a blender. A color flat screen cable TV with remote control is in the living room, which has new furniture. A TV with remote is also in one bedroom. The whole place has just been remodeled with new floors. There are several steps going up to this unit and a big covered porch overlooking the whole resort and wildlife feeder.
Enjoy your own picnic table and Weber BBQ kettle. You'll also have the use of our swimming pool, pavilion, basketball court, playstations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, and boat dock. We allow fishing off our dock.
Accommodates 4 to 6, rates are for first 4 people. Additional persons, or your guests using any resort facilities are all $7 per day, $40 per week. This includes visitors that do not stay the night. Guests must check in at the office. Pets are $15/day or $90/week. There is a $3/day or $10/week charge to plug in an electric car.
