Unit #11 is our three bedroom house and is very popular with groups and families needing a little more room at a good price. They also enjoy the screened porch which has a 40-in. TV, new furniture, and a beverage refrigerator separate from the house refrigerator. In the fall of 2017 we painted the entire interior of this unit and added a new dishwasher and counter top. There are now heating and cooling units in all rooms and new laminate flooring everywhere. The new roof and siding look great. Just finished for the 2021 season.
The kitchen is well furnished with new cookware, utensils, dishes, new dishwasher, silverware, microwave, blender, 4-slice bagel toaster, crock pot, refrigerator, full sized electric range and oven, coffee maker. 42" flat screen TV with remote control is in the living room.
Bedroom one has1 twin bed and 1 full bed. Bedroon two has a queen and twin bed. Bedroom three has one full bed and two twin beds and a TV. There is a sofa in the living room. Each of the two bathrooms have a bath tub with shower.
The screened porch has a beverage refrigerator, new furniture and a 40-in. TV. The whole cabin has been completely remodeled. The house has two picnic tables and two Weber BBQ kettles You'll also have the use of our swimming pool, pavlion, basketball court, playstations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, nature trail, and boat dock.
There is parking for your vehicles next to or in front of the cottages. We also have a separate boat trailer parking lot if you bring your own boat.
