Please Note! You will be charged for the full number of days you reserve! On all reservations made less than 60 days prior to your stay, the deposit must be paid in full by credit card at the time of reservation. All reservations made the year before are due January 15th. Telephone reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of deposit. Deposit refund given only if ALL the cottages are rented, and a 60 day notice has been given. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required on all boat reservations. Deposits are credited to total bill at time of check in. In the event of a refund there will be a $25 handling fee. No refund for boat cancellations.
Cancellations - In the event that you do not cancel, and you do not show up, you WILL be charged the full amount of your reservation for all days you reserve for all cabins and boats you reserved.
Summer rates begin Memorial Day weekend and end Labor Day weekend.
