Cottages 12 and 14 are our deluxe two bedroom units.
The "deluxe" means they are larger than our standard two bedroom units, have more beds, and more small appliances. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the units which gives you more privacy. Our deluxe two bedroom units have new model wall unit air conditioners with high Btu ratings. Electric wall heat keeps you comfortable in cool weather. Yes, we are open all year!
Both deluxe two bedroom cottages have large covered porches. There is parking for your vehicles next to or in front of the cottages. We also have a separate boat trailer parking lot if you bring your own boat.
Kitchens are furnished with cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, microwave, blender, crock pot, drip coffee maker, four-slice bagel toasters, refrigerator, and full sized electric range and oven. Each unit has a 32 inch flat screen TV with remote control and another one in the big bedroom. Ceitling fans in both bedrooms.
The deluxe units have a king bed in one bedroom, the second bedroom has a full, queen and twin There is a sofa in the living room. All bed and bath linens are included, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels. The bathrooms have showers.
Each cottage has it's own picnic table and Weber BBQ kettle. You'll also have the use of our swimming pool, pavilion, basketball court, playstations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, and boat dock.
Accommodates 6 to 8. Rates are for first 4 people. Additional persons, or your guests using any resort facilities are all $7 per day, $40 per week. This includes visitors that do not stay the night. Guests must check in at the office. Pets are $15/day or $90/week. There is a $3/day or $10/week charge to plug in an electric car.
Deposit is $200.
