What used to be the owner's home is now our four bedroom cottage. The resort store and game room are in this same building. Thick sound barrier insulation keeps the living quarters quiet. With a sleeping capacity of 12 persons this unit is popular for two families traveling together. Central propane heating and air conditioning keep you comfortable in all rooms all year long. There are three color cable TV sets in this unit.
The kitchen has new cookware, utensils, blender, crock pot, dishes, silverware, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, two refrigerators,two kitchen tables, dishwasher, and a full sized electric range and oven.
The swimming pool, playstations and playgrounds, and the pavilion are visible from the porch, and the living room and kitchen windows. A carport and parking area right off the kitchen door give plenty of room to park vehicles. We also have a separate boat trailer parking lot if you bring your own boat.
As with all our other units, you'll have the use of our swimming pool, pavilion, basketball court, playstations, playgrounds, coin laundry, shuffleboard, volleyball & badminton courts, horseshoe pits, game room, soccer field, store and bait shop, and boat dock.
The master bedroom and the rear bedroom each have a flat screen color TV. The master bedroom has one king bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen and twin. The third bedroom has a full and twin and the fourth has a queen and twin. One bath is off the master bedroom and the second bath is near the living room and full with a tub/shower.
There are two sofas in the living room with a big screen flat TV. All bed and bath linens are included. You'll need to bring your own beach towels.
Accommodates 7-12 people. Rates are for the first 6 people. Additional persons, or your guests using any resort facilities are all $7 per day, $40 per week. This includes guests that do not stay all night. Guests must check in at the office. Pets are $15/day or $90/week. There is a $3/day or $10/week charge to plug in an electric car.
