Cottages
Our 14 clean cottages offer roomy comfort for 2 to 13 people. Each cottage features completely furnished kitchens with microwaves, cooking utensils, linens for bath and bed, color cable TV with remotes, heat, AC, outdoor barbecue grill, picnic table, and large covered porch. We keep our cottages extremely clean and well maintained. All of our kitchens are equipped with modern appliances. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All units have city water, not well water. All cottages have cable television with remote controls, and all cable channels are available.

All Cottages Include Free:
Color cable TV, heat and AC, linens, dishes, utensils, microwave, dome BBQ, picnic table, aluminum boat when available, or one stall for your boat, use of resort facilities (basketball court, shuffle board court, volley ball and badminton court, horseshoe pits, playground, game room, soccer field, store, bait shop). Infant crib, high chair upon request.

Reservation Deposit Policies
Please Note!  You will be charged for the full number of days you reserve! On all reservations made less than 60 days prior to your stay, the deposit must be paid in full by credit card at the time of reservation. All reservations made the year before are due January 15th. Telephone reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of deposit. Deposit refund given only if ALL the cottages are rented, and a 60 day notice has been given. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required on all boat reservations. Deposits are credited to total bill at time of check in. In the event of a refund there will be a $25 handling fee. No refund for boat cancellations.

Cancellations - In the event that you do not cancel, and you do not show up, you WILL be charged the full amount of your reservation for all days you reserve for all cabins and boats you reserved.
