One Big Smallmouth Fishing With BinkImage title

The lake level is stable at 554.40 with one generator running continuously. it is to be 83 here today with sunshine and south winds at 10-15.  Good day to bass fish. The full moon is Wednesday the 23rd and that week should hit the Night bite for stripers.  It had not peaked yet. I am somewhat concerned about the number of big stripers showing up and the people killing the 7-8 pound small ones. Big ones should be coming in now.  We will see when the top water bite starts. That typically peaks mid to late April. The weather is to cool into the 50's for the weekend. I caught some fish last evening but no big ones. Many fish are under Blackburns dock now as are the turtles. Some should have moved to the shallower brush. I will see. Brush piles have been vacant up to now. No catfish on the trotline yet.  The bass are taking all my bait but that will change. Everything is changing now with the water temperature rising. We have all of the cabins open now and nearly full for next week. Wish you were here. 1-800-635-0526 Compare prices before you reserve.
