The lake level is 555.34 and has dropped one inch in the last 24-hours with both generators running continuously. Keep them going. The cool weather had dropped the surface temperature to just under 47 when I came in last evening. I saw no other boats out there and the fishing was slow until after 4:PM when they started biting until it was too dark to see. My last cast caught the largest fish which was a very large crappie. White bass, crappie and all kinds of bass are the best bite now. The weather is to warm starting tomorrow and should bring out more fishermen. Fishing is changing daily and you cannot go out once and write an accurate fishing report. You have to be out there everyday. Brush pile permits tomorrow. Bass are now on their normal winter banks.
