They generated heavily for about 3-hours this morning and then shut down again. The level at Newport is dropping fast so there is not any reason to not drop the lake. It is to get warm tomorrow and be dry for several days. Fishing is picking up a bit and it needed to. Water temperature is still about 50 and warm nights will warm it. It has been getting cold after sunset and slow warming during the day and water temperature has been stable for over two weeks. A few fish are on brush but not too many. They are still in open water on shad but some smaller bass are on the bank.
